Frozen green chickpeas are whole, shelled beans, small and round in shape.
Each bean is generally 5–8 mm in size, with a tender texture.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY:
Fresh green chickpeas are mainly available from December to March in India.
Frozen chholiya is available year-round.

COLOR, TASTE & FLAVOR:
Bright green in color with a mildly sweet, nutty, and earthy flavor.

COLD STORAGE AT: -18 deg C.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months

PACKAGING SIZES: BULK & 200gm, 500gm, 1kg, 5kg (etc).

Provides about 110–120 kcal, rich in plant protein, dietary fiber, folate, iron, and antioxidants, while being naturally low in fat.
